We are not aware of how much our mindset and success are linked, or how much we determine our own results. Look at successful people: the more success they have, the more they want. The same goes for those who fail; the more they fail, the more they believe they will fail…
And this also determines how much energy we put into action. Since we do not know our true and limitless potential, we only use a very small part of our available energy. We move simply by inertia.
And finally, a day comes… … when we realize that the race for change is run on an internal circuit.
That is when we connect with that inner self that demands to live life, naturally…
That is why, even if we do not see it at first, we end up thanking ‘problems’ for coming. They help us grow, make us discover how strong we are, strengthen our immune system, and accelerate our learning and our acquisition of resources, skills and assets to live a quality life with mental health and well-being.
