Finding Inner Strength: Learning the Art of Living

🧡 We have learned to fly like birds and swim like fish. Yet, we have not yet learned the simple art of living together as brothers. These words from Martin Luther King Jr. remind us to find our inner strength today, as current events force us to rethink many things.

Yes, we are vulnerable. But we are also intensely STRONG. Our strength does not lie in showing our #vulnerability. Still, dropping our masks is wonderful because it makes us human.

💎 This strength comes from deep within. It must come from the heart to be authentic. This strength combines mental power with an attitude of #service. In this process, our will is decisive.

👉🏼 Can we contribute and renew our commitment as a #being and a #humanbeing every single day? Yes!

🌅Renewing the commitment to my #growth and #freedom as a human being fills me with #meaning. It helps me understand who we are, what we do, and what we have: ourselves.

💎 Even though we are far from the physical place of #conflict, these days push us toward silence. Yet, I feel this is an active #silence. Our actions, already powerful in their original #purpose and mission, are now reaching an even greater #depth.

🌅It is not about being right or being better. It is about understanding and connecting with the true essence of what we are made of. This beautiful mystery unites us as brothers and sisters, transcending all borders and spaces.

How can #Salutogénesis help you in times of conflict? It can renew your #orientation in life. It helps you discover your true essence, the core from which you do everything. It allows you to breathe deeply and live with complete #health.

And you, if you look within… do you feel something shifting inside you these days? Is there something immense waking up?

Tell me about it!

Sending you a warm hug,
